2804 Gateway Oaks Drive
REF has performed numerous tenant improvements throughout the entirety of the building since its construction. The most recent project, completed in 2017, involved a complete build-out of the 15,000 square foot first floor, which is now occupied by Parasec. This process involved remodeling of the reception area, conference rooms, cubicle work areas, and other office space.
10901 Gold Center Drive
REF is currently engaged in tenant improvements of this 4-story multi-tenant office building. We provide build-to-suite TI services for the California Emergency Medical Services Authority, which occupies 24,000 square feet of the building, on behalf of the DGS. Other major tenants of the building we have accommodated include Dignity Health, National University, and eBay.
2969 Prospect Park Drive
We have performed tenant improvements of the entirety of the building on several occasions, with the most recent project being the revamping of a 11,236 square foot suite occupied by NWN Corporation, completed in 2017. Other major tenants of the building include Tetra Tech, TEKsystems, and Rick Engineering.
3400 Data Drive
Our most recent tenant improvement project at 3400 Data Drive included a refresh of Dignity Health's IT infrastructure, which was completed in August 2018. This required a great deal of scheduling and careful coordination, as the organization's operations could not be interrupted. This was completed successfully and without incident.
